I have a Samsung note 4, it was running as an s8 plus but had problems...I did a factory reset, but although device name is galaxy note 4, the model number is SM-G955F ( which is s8 plus ) so how can I factory reset it to run as galaxy note 4 SM-N910 thank you
I know this is over 2 years ago now so probably doesn't matter. However just incase someone else comes across this, the issue is that it was flashed to be an S8 so the reset was only able to reset it to the flashed OS (S8) you'd have to get the Note 4 OS and reflash it.
