Tougher fly-tipping fines coming to Stoke-on-Trent

Tougher fines for fly-tipping are coming into force in Stoke-on-Trent as a city-wide crackdown on illegal dumping continues.
The council is increasing charges for environmental crime to a maximum of £1,000 in some cases.
