    This is music for a mountain vista. Resonating with energy. I prefer youtube to the airwaves now. Good work!

      Thank you very much! I‘m really glad you enjoyed this particular soundscape from the wavestate. I‘ve been having loads of fun with this synthesizer so there will definitely be more on the way soon

      Thank you so much! I‘m dreaming up a new idea like this, but patches like this take a huge amount of time to get together.
      Thanks so much for checking this one out!

      @@dani_raudvik Yes, it is a lot of work. Did you use an arpeggiator for this "sound"?

    • @dani_raudvik
      @dani_raudvik  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @fxtreffer I haven‘t used an arpeggiator for any of my wavestate sounds.
      For this patch, I have the pitch lane loaded with odd probabilities and each note of the chord was input individually so that numerous randomized sequences would overlap and play on their own

      Making a synthesizer do something like this is something I've been working toward for a while now, so I'm really happy that this session resonated well with you

      Coming soon. Been having some gear issues that required my attention so writing/designing new sounds has slowed down while I've been tending to that. Think I ironed out the last wrinkle today so I'll be experimenting with that in a new video later on.

      Thank you so so much! I still feel like the modwave is my favorite piece of Korg gear, but this particular session and getting everything to play together like this puts the wavestate right up there with the modwave.
      I was so afraid that all of this was going to collapse and fail when I started putting it together. I'm glad the wavestate proved me wrong. 😊
      Thank you again for stopping by!

      Thank you so much for coming back to check this one out too.
      I really appreciate that feedback and it means a lot to hear from someone that I'm managing to get something out of an instrument that others aren't.
      After this session, I need to bring the wavestate back down to Earth, so to speak. I want to see if I can get a sort of underwater vibe out of it, but I definitely need a little bit of time with other instruments first

      Danke sehr! Ich glaub ich gönn dem wavestate nach dieser Session eine kleine Pause.
      Ich weiß jetzt, dass er dazu fähig ist, genau die Musik zu machen, die ich machen will. Ich will aber nicht, dass es mir langweilig wird.

    First, your sound is awesome. I’ve never gotten a drone like this out of mine. I’m inspired! Second, are your leds red? Mine are all blue and I’m not aware of an option to change them.

    • @dani_raudvik
      @dani_raudvik  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Thank you very much for stopping by again and checking out the new set of wavestate sounds. I'm happy I could give you some inspiration! 😊
      First, the LED question, I'm guessing it must just be a trick of the light because the lights on mine are all the standard whitish-blue.
      I wish you all the best in your journey with your own wavestate. It's a wild instrument and, no lie, it's difficult to "get" it initially. I'm slowly shedding my own fear of it and getting it to do what I want, but there's still so much I haven't even touched yet.

    Hi Dani, I'm just watching your video Mecje17. I have a Korg Wavestation - can you help me? My factory sounds have disappeared, I don't know how it happened? The instrument is a functional game, just a bank that I made and saved myself. When I turn it on, it reads sounds, but the banks are empty. How to get the factory sounds back into the instrument. Thank you. Victor

      Hi.
      I saw your comment on my post about my audio interface as well and I'll answer again here just to make sure you see it.
      Is it a Korg Wavestation from the 90's or is it the wavestate from just a couple years ago?
      Let me know for sure, and I'll see what I can do to help. If it's the Wavestation, I'm not familiar with that synthesizer personally, but I have a good friend who has two of them so I'd be able to ask him.
      Either way, my guess would be to perform a factory reset whether it's the Wavestation or the wavestate.

    Don't you want to sell some of these patches? (he pleaded ... )

    • @dani_raudvik
      @dani_raudvik  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you first of all for that massive compliment on my work. 😊
      I'm leaning toward putting patches up for sale eventually, but I want to use my sounds for recording an album (or probably several) before selling them, if that makes sense.
      Thank you again for stopping by and for the lovely comment. You've brightened up what has been a very frustrating day for me so I greatly appreciate it.
