O'Reilly's wanted to remove front end etc. Cause they tried telling me they'd have to replace washer fluid lines. Now first thing tomorrow, I'll do this myself.
Is this the "so called expensive special bulbs" bmw of Austin wanted 375 dollars to replace!! Lol!! I can do it myself looks easy!! Does yours have the ring lights still on.. everything on mine is working but the bulbs you replaced here.
I wish you had shown how to disconnect all of the electrical connections to fully move the reservoir out of the way. In my 2006, it’s not as easy as you make it look. Thanks
You don't have to fully move it out of the way. On my 2006 I was able to move it far enough out of the way to access the cover without disconnecting any wiring, hoses, etc.

These M?$&&&&&;a’s at the Bmw darker trued to charge me $300 for two bulbs and labor. Talking about, they’re going to have to remove wall or some crap or wall to get to the head light lol. Shady mechanics cease to amaze me. I did it in about 2 mins both left and right bulbs. Thanks for the video that defeated the blood suckers lol.
I wanted too but me and my wife got a good laugh about it the whole time while it took us 6 mins to change both bulbs. Thank you so much for the gem! :-) I just shows when you can do it yourselves its knowledge gained.

4 yrs later, I came back for a refresher. Thanks again. Unfortunately, my struts that hold up the hood are not working, so I had to be innovative.

How do you remove the check light on the dash afterwards?
I was curious of the same thing. After replacement the light on display cleared on it's own. Thanks.
Check light?? The light showing that the bulb was out should go out on it’s own.
If it doesn't go off alone, maybe you'll need a bluetooth connector to the OBDII port, like the ELM327. It works for me, very useful and very cheap.

Use latex or nylon gloves and never touch the bulb with your bare hands. The natural oil from your hands will damage and shorten the life of the bulb.
