Hayle, love it!! I have great memories as a kid down there. Beautiful sands and dunes and the campsite right on the dunes by the sea, excellent. In fact I think I might have to pop back and see if it's the same and get some camping in.

Great to see you out again, myself wife and kids did the final part of that walk about a month ago now from Lelant Saltings to St lves. A lovely walk as you said a lot of bird song along the way. Should have the video up soon fallen behind on the editing.

That's great to hear. It's a smashing little walk, though I must say the clifftops of the first part between portreath and godevry were much more alluring for me. not so urban. And yea, I hear ya! the editing takes the time. Thanks for watching!

Did North Cliffs to Hayle the day after the Hell's Mouth landslide, makes you realize the coast path is not as solid under foot as it seems. The seals are an awesome experience but their strong smell is one best forgotten 🙂 ta for uploading 👍

Enjoyed the vid,i grew up in st.ives and there used to be a shortcut in hayle by the end of the estuary where you could jump to a little island and then the same the other side.I can't remember if it included wet feet or not tho lol or if still there but i guess it would be :)

Great memories for me . Walking round the coastline to St Ives as I had never been there before. I think they are planning on building a foot bridge at Hayle at some point. Probably won't make that much of a difference
