The HSTV-L is to me an extreme example of "When it works, it works REALLY well. But when it doesn't, it REALLY doesn't..." It's an absolute menace, but feels at times pretty inconsistent. Honestly, just fixing the shell performance would give it that consistency. Missing ~200m/s of velocity and a little under 100mm of pen (Should be more in-line with 105mm M774). Even without that, it can still be pretty fun though. Really lets you bring out your inner rat

For fucking real. The number of players and youtubers I see that will just shoot a vehicle, not kill it, and, in the process of reloading, not scout the vehicle they were shooting and die to said vehicle is abhorrently many.
kinda rel, i also began to like being a menace :D short story - been playing this game too long and tried to be all fair and friendly. but that just ain't meta nowadays. nor fun. only playing hardest nation, hardest tanks, all the grind, no bushes, no premiums kinda makes you "washed off" or stressed/tired. i took a break, thought it's time to severe ties, but, meh, maybe i just take the game too serious. so i gave it last more chance. i try to dose the game, play only "fun" tanks, fun for me that is, like Somua SM, T29, Tiger 105 or VIDAR and The Wedges. and y'know, game actually is pretty fun, got a nuke with Tiger 105 and almost nuke with Somua, but game was nearing the end, so i decided to keep tanking. also started trying out planes. War Thunder actually can be a fun game, who would've known xD
hell yeah man glad you got out of the cycle of anger. Usually I find myself there when Im grinding, but when I just pick a br that i like for example France 5.7-6.0 I just exist and enjoy playing the tanks.

You should play out the vcc80/60 aswell
The whole 9.0 Italy lineup is great but the vcc80/60 is just not that great tbh, the VBC pt2 would probably be easier
