Daikin inverter ac 1.5 ton 5 star (FTKM) in April month installation done. till know 2 bills got first month 2100/- second month 2070/-.
Usage : 15 to 16 hours daily (honestly)
Room size : less than 150 but two walls & roof direct to sunlight.
I also bought same AC and yes it is best AC. I will be uploading installation video soon.

I think you have a low voltage problem in your area which leads to high amps taken by the ac but if everything is fine and still If the ac is consuming 500 to 600 units on its own then that is ridiculously high..... You must be running it at 18 to 20 for the compressor to run continuously for 8 hours non stop....considering it takes 2 units per hour and you run it for 8 hours only then 480 to 500 units are justified.....
Maybe it is 1.8 ton that's why consuming so much units. But i am really planning to sell this in coming season.

Bro ap 1.5 ton ka non inverter 5star AC lelo. Bill kam ayga. In case ac 2-3 hrs he chalta hai toh 3star 1.5ton.
Thanks for your suggestion but I will not buy any other AC because the summer season is not for more days. I will see next year.
This is really high, I don't think so that it is giving as good performance as it is consuming electricity. Btw how many hours in a day? And in this 823 units this is the only AC running or any other ac is also installed??
I am using this AC daily for 5-6 hours in day and there is one more AC but uses of that AC is very less.
Mostly home electronics equipments like TV, Fridge, Washing machine etc and this 1.8TON AC.
I can say in 823 units, this 1.8TON AC consuming around 500 units. Rest 323 is divided into other household items.

Ye to aapko bhi pta hai bhai, Jitna cooling krega utna hi bill aayega or ye to 1 star AC or hai.
