23:15 With regards to Vanecek coming back and sending down Asky, it's really perfect timing. The Sharks play February 8th and then they're off until the 23rd at which point there are 7 games before the TDL. Between the 9th and the 23rd, the Cuda play 6 games. Rather than have him sitting around for that time he can be playing games for the Cuda, he can stick around until the TDL (Cuda have 5 more games during that time) and then get called up after the TDL. If we can't move a goalie at the TDL then they'll have to make a decision, but I think the decision gets punted until then.
Sometimes I think to myself, is it worth getting up at 3am in Finland to watch some of these games? If it wasn’t for the Macklin Show, I’d say definitely no. Another top five draft pick. Hopefully the last time this will happen during this rebuild. As a fan since the Sharks inception, I have seen it all. I still am faithful that the future is teal.
Such a frustrating game because so many good things to start but so many bad things to end. I know you probably won’t like this JD but I put a good chunk of responsibility on Warsofsky. When your team is spiraling in a game you gotta do something about it. Call a timeout and talk to the guys, settle things down, pull your goalie when he’s letting in soft goals, make adjustments to your lineup, bench guys who are being a liability on the ice. This is a very young very fragile team and sometimes just taking that time and telling everyone to breath and keep playing your game can make all the difference. I just don’t see him doing enough “coaching” but then he wants to go to the post game presser and tell everyone the team is being “immature and too cute” the teams identity is a reflection of their coach.
Within about a minute of the 5-3 goal there was TV timeout which is 2 minutes for them to discuss things and settle things down. They were also on the second game of a b2b with a backup goalie who had played yesterday and was just coming off a flu bug, so you're generally not going to see the backup goalie go in barring an injury.
@ Yeah and I’m not saying it’s 100% his fault. The Sharks absolutely let the goal go to their heads and took their feet off the gas. I just would have liked to see a little more guidance from the bench in those moments where the team was clearly letting the game get away from them.
I work in San Jose, and that game was the exact reason why Sharks fans don't watch the Sharks anymore. That was awful, and yeah I'm for the rebuild. This team is terrible, and aren't worth watching. 20+ years as a fan, no lie I'm kinda sick of this shit too
@@LockedOnSharks Well said, on all points. It is not the coach, it is the talent that they have right now, which has gotten better since last season and will get better next season.
@ your entire youtube channel is talking about how talented they are lol cmon now. bad coaching is what gets you 0 effort in the 3rd. bad coaching is what gets you 0 defensive effort on the shift after a goal is scored.
I dont what’s more embarassing. Sharks blown up 4 goal lead or Pred fan laughing at Sharks that they made their historical comeback. Warsofsky should be fired after this season.

The only game this season where I was livid with the team. For me this was as bad as the back to back 10 goal games last season.

There is no way we keep Warsofsky after this season... what the hell was that. He can't get anything out of this group who are obviously talented.
Are they talented?
@@LockedOnSharksthey can score goals
The defense is the worst in the league
Might be the worst in history
@@A_r78 they are 30th in the NHL at goals per game. I don’t think they can score goals
