Very good video thank you. What is the benefit of creating the fibrinoclot vs just leaving it with 3.2% sodium chloride anti coagulant? wouldn't it still be effective?
Hii, I just want to know after single centrifugation, when we put plasma to another tube, do we have to keep the solution or serum maybe called ACD already in it or throw it to start for next centrifugation, although matter of your video is really nice and do as same in clinic as well just there is one confusion so kindly clearify it
