INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :
7 - 8 Eggs
2 Potatoes
2 Laddle Oil For Cooking
2 Cups RICE
2.5 Cups Water (1.25 Cups for each 1 Cup Rice)
2 Onion (1 for birista 1 for base)
2 Desi Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tsp Salt (1 for Masala base 1 for Rice)
2 - 3 Green Chillies ( While Cooking )
Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
1 tsp Biryani Masala ( More )
1 tsp keora Water
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
WHOLE SPICE MIX:
2 Bay Leaves
4 Laung
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Badi Elachi
4 Choti Elachi
1/2 Cinnamon Stick
9 -10 Black Peppercorns
FOR MAKING CURD MIX
4 Tbsp Curd
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala
1.5 Tbsp Biryani Masala
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
FOR EGGS AND POTATOES MARINATION
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt
