The prolonged delay in releasing these slots has caused immense distress, depression, and even jeopardized the lives of many individuals, particularly undergraduate students who are unable to enroll in their home countries and are looking to pursue higher education in the United States.
These aspiring students have dedicated significant time and effort in preparing their applications for admission to US universities. They have diligently gathered and submitted all the required documents, a process that often takes a year to complete. Moreover, they have invested considerable financial resources in this pursuit.
Despite their commitment and hard work, these students have been subjected to the unfortunate experience of having their F1 visa applications refused without even a minute-long interview or being provided with any reasons for the refusal. This situation has left them disheartened and disillusioned.
I humbly request your immediate attention to this matter. I implore you to consider the plight of these students and the negative impact that the prolonged delay in releasing refusal slots has had on their lives and aspirations. The upcoming fall intake is fast approaching, and these students need clarity and timely resolution to plan their academic future.
