5 Minute Malai Paneer l ५ मिनट मलाई पनीर I Pankaj Bhadouria

Here is an excellent recipe that you can do in 5 minutes only!
Malai Paneer is as delicious to eat as it is easy to make!

Recipe:
Malai Paneer
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
250g Paneer, cubes
1tbsp g
Ginger Garlic paste
4 tbsp thick Yoghurt
½ cup beaten Malai (or cream)
1tsp Black Pepper powder
½ tsp Garam Masala powder
Salt to taste
1tbsp Vegetable oil
½ tsp Cumin powder
¼ tsp Sugar
1tsp Kasoori Methi (dried Fenugreek Leaves)
Method:
Cut the paneer into small cubes.
Mix together paneer, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and oil.
Microwave it for 2 minutes.
Remove from the microwave and add the yoghurt, kasuri methi and cream.
Mix well and microwave again for 2 minutes.
Add a pinch of sugar.
Serve hot.
