thank you so much sister. you validated my feelings completely. family and friends do not understand it....not being able to be functional, the mental health issues, panic attacks, anxiety, depression....having to move back home which isn't familiar anymore, the impact of our sadness on our family and the guilt associated...people expecting you to bounce back and not giving you the space and time to grieve. Divorce feels like death, losing yourself, losing your partner and losing the life you thought you would have. I have no one to talk to, no one who can relate but everything you have said has been so helpful and I feel seen and understood for once. I pray I can get to your point one day inshallah. Lots of duas for you
With all due respect your fam are willfully ignorant. Even toddlers have sympathy at a minimum like what the. Typical though. Sending good vibes your way anyway
Sooo happy to hear you levelled up sister! Please share how you found your husband as a revert it’s hard to know where to find good practicing Muslims 🙌
9:45 woow, I wasn't planning to cry but subhnallah, you are so strong for getting out of that situation. and you are right ! no man or person can take anything Allah has given you. Before him and After him, your love, your compassion, your hard work doesn't vanish just because he betrayed you. Us women just have to learn to be in places where we are treasured and cherished, just because a blind man doesn't understand the value of us doesn't mean that we are worthless !
I think it’s so important how you spoke about the mental health struggles you experienced for an ongoing period too :( because that gets over looked so much and to be honest from your last video I was not expecting that you went through that sister and that’s a complete naivety from me because of course from what you went through it was common to escalate to mental health and anxiety attack struggles .. even me I am wondering how I’m not going through that after years of a DV and DA marriage and also childhood and with 0 friends or family or services who have been there for me.. all I can say is ..Allah 🙌 Allah really is there for us when humans be humans and fail to come through .. but Alhamdulilah Allah sent an angel in the form of the NHS lady in your story.. a lot of us don’t even have 1 single person offering us good advice or a shoulder to cry on.. in those times we must hold so darn tight to Allah like our life is a sinking ship and we need to not drown! For any sisters reading this without family or friends .. just know others like me are in your shoes and ultimately Allah is watching and has not left you alone.. not even for a single second, SubhanAllah ❤
So proud of you sister. You are extremely strong and I know you have put so much work into healing yourself and addressing the things that allowed you to put up with everything. I love self development and I know I have to work on myself too in similar ways. May Allah make it easy for all of us going through such things and may we experience the love we are so ready to give to others ❤️
