Mom had a first generation Durango. The computer died TWICE, and was VERY expensive to replace. Honestly, replacing the computer was probably the same as buying a new car. Even still, we loved that Durango. I am VERY happy to see this in GTA Online.

Thank God someone noticed that when they saw the front bumper. I saw that and I was like wait that's the SP-360 which is an amazing Durango. Hopefully if we get another DLC they add in either a second gen ram or add in the ram SRT-10 or at least both and at that point if they do add in the SRT-10 ram I don't care if it's a few million dollars it's worth it
Finally, Dodge is getting some representation; and in the GTA 6 trailer there's a dually Ram. Would really like R* to give us a new Ram in V, since this is what we will be playing for the next ~2 years.
By far, this is my favorite GTA review account, the only one that isn't dramatically screaming in his vids with a calm cool description. Every video is a full watch even if I already have the car.

i kinda prefer the old Durango over the new one, something about the simple yet recognizable looks of the cars from that time era grab my attention more. So i am pretty happy with this 👌
I hope gta 6 has a good list of “buy here pay here” cars like this one. Part of what made gta 4 feel so real was the presence of regular old 80s and 90s cars mixed into traffic with the new ones.
Imo the 1st gen Durango has more personality than the hellcat Durango, it’s just a timeless design, also this Dorado’s taillights help me imagine what the Dodge Neon would look like in GTA given that the 1st gens Durango and Neon pretty much have the same taillight designs.
To me, the first gen Durango is just a Ram without the truck bed and a longer cab. The face looks exactly the same, which is why I thought it was a Ram 1500 with a bed cap at first.
i know conventionally its a strange vehicle to most, but this was my first car, handed down to me from my dad. it was a dark metallic green, i absolutely loved that truck. its cool to see this in game as i definitely didnt expect it😂

I think the reason they added thses old cars is because they are very very popular in the arab car community, we use them for hajwala and all that sort of stuff, especially the old camry and the impala, so because they added Yusuf who is Arabian, they added theses cars
I've been wanting the opposite lol. That's why the Yosemite is still the best truck in the game imo because of how low and custom it is. GTA 6 will have very specific customization I feel,I don't think they're going to do anything revolutionary with this game anymore.

I think they added this generation of the Durango because it made an appearance in 2 Fast 2 Furious. Remember when Roman said “I’m not going back to jail” and put a rock on the gas pedal where then the grey Durango went off free and crashed the two cop cars that were coming from the driveway. Then Brian and Roman make a run for it with the money that Enrique and Roberto stole for Verone while the entire Miami PD is now after them.

There are a few things wrong with this car: The Arch Cover options remove the stock side skirts No exhaust options And the doors are disconnected from the car when opened Definitely not as big a deal breaker as the ZX Convertible with that window bug but what I will say is, if we're getting GTA 6 cars early, chances are, they're gonna be a bit buggy, hopefully Rockstar catches on to these issues with help from these kind of videos before GTA 6 releases so we don't end up with half the cars being completely scuffed day 1 Lmao
Fun fact, there are fully modeled exhaust options in the game, the option is just hidden in LSC. If you look up a video of someone customizing this with a menu on PC, you can see them. Here's hoping R* fixes it...
My friend will be happy. Her dad had a first gen durango and when the srt10 ram came out he engine swapped the durango into a srt10. He worked on it and it looked like a older suv version of the srt10
My dad had this body style of Durango and this thing was a literal monster. It had the 4.7 V8 in it and we got it stuck in some deep mud, like buried to the frame and it got unstuck with no assistance. I definitely need to get this in my car collection.
It's really funny to see the gradual transition of you begrudgingly customizing it to enjoying the options and your build lol. No one asked for this thing but at least R* did a good job with it.
I think the other newer Durango is just an NPC car, not the one that was just added but the other one, I’ve also been questioning why this older Durango was added, quite a random car to add to the game especially when its an older car like that, Like I get the new Impala being added but this was certainly an unusual addition. Not to sound like I’m complaining or anything, it’s still a nice car, I’ll probably get it for off roading or add it to my collection. It’s a cool car too! Just bought it, it's a freaking tank. It'll do about 120mph, which is nuts for an SUV. good handling in the snow, if you hit another car it's easy to recover, and is a rock crawling machine.
I mean, they add the F8 tributo that is so close to the real car and no to mention what they did with the Dominator GT. Also we can finally buy cop cars. I can forget Rockstar to add the old version of the Durango 👍🏻
Those hoods are pretty cool, you obviously pointed out the Challenger one, then there's the viper hood and I think the twin inlet one might be from a Plymouth Baracuda
The sports bumper has a second exhaust cutout for a dual exhaust (good for the street build) but there are NO exhaust options at all. That must be a mistake, right? Thanks for the video! Love the build!

I definitely think that the last few years gta online has been a testing ground for gta 6, all of these cars will most likely be vanilla cars in gta 6

The sports bumper has a second exhaust cutout for a dual exhaust (good for the street build) but there are NO exhaust options at all. That must be a mistake, right?

@@timmunson7699 Yes, that is a big yikes but maybe they will add it in later or maybe it only shows in specific places like the autoshop. I don't know why they made so many mistakes with the cars this time. Probably they are fully focused on VI...
@@mainzer1115 I mean you would think that it would have multiple exhausts especially a twin dual exit exhaust or a regular twin exhaust because of the sp360 but none the less I like it it's definitely worth the money I'm definitely going to try it out on the PS4 when I get home today because this thing looks so amazing I might have my friend run me another Bogdan just so I can buy two or three lol

Now I would love a second gen Dodge ram but in the GTA 6 trailer I actually spotted one and we have a newer what looks to be a single cab Dodge ram 3500 dually and if you can put off-road tires on that and put actual off-road dually tires in the back and take it to that mud Park area oh my little redneck heart is going to be so happy
Is funny how Rockstar thinks. New sports or tunner car, 3 bumpers options and 5 spoilers. New "old" SUV. Lets send 15 bumper options, 11 hoods, 15 spoilers. Yeah amacing hahahahaha
