Its not just Amsterdam, the entire country especially in smaller municipalities you can live the coziest life you could ever wish for, quiet streets, chirping birds, children playing, occasionally a loud scooter buzzing down the streets in the hot summer days when you have a few weeks off for yourself.
Takes me back to a time years ago, when I worked in a cafe that sounded very much like this one on a rainy day. Soothing and nostalgic, as it was a wonderful time in my life. Thank you for this.
Eating my breakfast listening to this picturing that I am in Onder de Ooievaar cafe. That cafe has a special place in my Scottish heart ❤️

I listen to this all the time it really helps me sleep I love to imagine that I’ve got my own pizza restaurant/bar in Amsterdam with a little bed in the office where I can lie down and relax after a long day and listen to the rain on the windows while I can still here the atmosphere coming from the bar
I can even hear the staff coming in and out as they take the bins out or go for a smoke break

Thank you for putting forth so many details in making this wonderful video. I love seeing the people in the windows, the lights going on and off, and most of all, the sky with the clouds moving. Music choice is great, but sometimes the pouring of liquid is too distracting from everything else. I did wish the cafe had less chatter and a boat or two would pass by though. That would have been perfect.

I love your videos! I recently came across your channel while trying to find something to study with to keep me focused and this is awesome because of the mix of background noise and songs. I always keep the video on in the corner of my screen because when I'm trying to think about something for an assignment its a better view to look at rather than out my window haha. Lol Thankfully It´s just coffee pouring which I added. Maybe It´s a bit loud? You would´ve to be right in the middle of the kitchen (or bathroom in the other case) to hear it so well 😄

It’s the first city I’ve ever seen abroad. It’ll always have a special place in my heart 😊 But I believe it’s very liked by others too as it had soo many tourists☺️

I live 1 hour drive away from Amsterdam and I've only been there twice in my life.
There's no lights in any of the windows or curtains or blinds so the bldgs look like they've been bombed out. Nobody lives there. Creepy. The sound is good as long as you don't have to look at the picture.
That’s certainly not true. There are lights and people in the windows and they are animated 😊
