- Coffee shop sounds and lo-fi hip hop for study music, stress relief, and relaxation. The video was recorded in 4k resolution in Lower Manhattan, New York City. I was looking for a place to grab a morning latte, and ended u letting it get cold to make a video :). People have asked for more lofi music videos, so I decided to do another video with cafe sounds. Music was added to the cafe ambience in post to have the cafe background noises along with the sounds of coffee machines and people talking.

This is one of my favorite things to listen to while working, and its not only for the music. Unlike most ambiance videos, where the sound is muffled, the sounds here are a lot more distinct, to the point of being able to hear bits and pieces of conversations, making it feel so much more realistic, and i really appreciate that
Also one of my favorite parts is when someone in the background says "yeah I spent like a week kicking people" - the lack of context makes it really funny to me

It actually got very cold during the recording, but I added the steam in post production.
Technically, it only had to remain hot for half an hour.

I can't speak for everyone here, but i like hearing people in the BG. I am alone here in Vancouver and locked in due to Covid so don't get around much anymore. People in the BG make me feel like i am back in the land of the living again. Always nice to hear someone else's voice, instead of the one in my head all of the time. Thank you America!
