There is a way to keep his butt from getting this raw and red. Try changing his diapers more often, as when he pees or poops and don't make him wear it for sometime.

I do have on suggestion, please 🙏 get him a pacifier then he won't suck on his fingers, that is really kinda nasty a lot of Germs on your hands and fingers, not to mention to put in your mouth 😝.
