  • Hi everyone! Welcome to my channel.
With little bit of modification and adjustments on the front fender, I was able to install the new front without any rubbing.
This is an easy DIY job that can save you some money if you got some tools.
Hope my video is helpful for you!

Love seeing the bike transformations and actually how you install them and the mods the kits need. Do you have any plans of doing a wide tire kit and putting a 300 or larger tire on any of your future builds? Would love to see the diy on it if so.

Hi! thanks for the comment. It’s always great to go for that mod however, it’s really expensive mod. Lol. I’m would love to try sometime in the future and will try to make video for sure :)

@@DIY_Corner253 Yeah I've noticed it's ridiculously expensive. Seems like you have done well selling the bikes and i'm sure making a profit. Not sure if the bigger tires would get you more profit or not. Appreciate the reply. I would love to get a night rod and do customizations with my sons (and of course vlog it - haha)! Best wishes from the Murph Squad!

@@MurphSquad thank you! Yes, I have done a few v rod last year and for sure earn some profit but pretty much paid back for all the work I put on them. Lot of work those. 😀 I usually sell about 5-10k less then other seller ask for. 300 kit will give it a badass look but at the same time it would cost maybe $5k more for part only. Not a lot of buyer willing to spend over 20k for an old v rod. My goal is keep them within buyer budget. It would be a great video that you could do with you son

@@DIY_Corner253 Yep, I agree! It looks awesome but not sure buyers will pay the necessary mark up needed to turn a profit. I noticed you didn't really tell the stories behind buying and customizing your newer bikes. And even though you showed how to put a kit on, I still think others would like to see you doing it on new bike builds (maybe not full detail or add details you learned with doing more, etc). I think doing that would add a lot of value to your channel - I know I would enjoy hearing and seeing it. Blessings my friend!

@@MurphSquadthe funny thing is that I started the channel without a specific content. Did not know what kind of content i'm going to make lol, maybe just a place to save memories. Then I started adding more video about v rod after the 1st video that I made last year on show how to install body kit since there is none available. Thing went on and on since then.

Great video! I think the part that got cut off was to remove 2 bolts that hold the caliper to the bike right? Keep up the good work!

Nice!! How was the ride quality after installing a 130 front tire? No issues? Also: Where did you get your front fender bracket from? I've been looking for one for my customer fender but Harley doesnt make that style bracket anymore? Thanks man!

Hi! Thank you watching and subscribed for my channel! The ride is great. More ground contact for front end! And also look more aggressive. Not sure what bracket you are talking about! Do you mean the after market custom fender? That’s the only thing I changed.

Can anyone give advice? I put my front wheel back on and the caliper scrapes the rotor. What went wrong, everything went back on the way it came off

    • @DIY_Corner253

Is it a lot? Or just scrub slightly? If you can spin the wheel freely by hand then should be ok
