Basically Operant Conditioning say, Behavior that produces favourable consequence, tends to get repeated more whereas, Behavior that produces unfavourable consequence, decreases in repetition.
I like your videos about psychology but just want to let you know that in the description of this video you wrote Negative reinforcement is decreasing behavior by removing something that a person doesn't like which is I think is Increasing a person's behavior by removing things that person doesn't like.
