Your new solo Vivian's are very cute, love those leaves. Haven't seen those here in Europe yet. Would definitely get one if I see one. Thanks for sharing and happy growing 😀!
Alot of information! Thanks! I like the knowledge side of things. I am not a Hauserman fan. But I hope yours does well. The waiting on the blooms is really hard. They take their sweet time. 😁
Your replacement plants look very happy and healthy! I think your plan for heat mat is the key to keep them growing as you said the cold is not their friend! I have found that the Barrina lights are a plus for the orchids I grow under them. Have you found this to be true as well? Look forward to seeing those gorgeous blooms soon! 🌸
I love the Sogo Vivien and also lost mine I'm pretty certain because she didn't like being in LECA. I just purchased the Phalaenopsis Chia E Yenlin & Phalaenopsis Yunlin Variegated, which both have the beautiful varigated leaves like the Sogo Vivien. So far, they are doing very well and each are in spike. Maybe in the future, I will try the Vivien again. Love your videos!!
Have to agree with you.. Sogo Vivian can be a finnicky biotch . Purchased mine from Hausermann's too a couple years ago... It just sits there, so took the advice of another Care Collab creator & repotted in a chunkier bark mix with a top dressing of sphagnum. Hausermann's had it in pure Sphagnum that never dried out. Keeping fingers crossed it'll like it's new medium.
Very informative video. Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it 😁
Yes agree that the foliage is pretty even when not in bloom, definitely unique. Very informative video, thanks.
You're welcome! I'm glad you liked it :)

Thanks! It seems like they’re more common in the States, but there’s lots of plants that we can’t get that’s available over there 🤣

Haha yea, the wait is always excruciating but I think it will be a few more days before the buds pop 😂

@@AttainableGreen I love mine. Bought another set for another shelf (that I have not purchased yet 😂) guess I am planning ahead for a change
Haha I know the feeling, I have a set of 4 but haven’t set up the last one yet 🤣

How wonderful! I need to hunt for some more varieties…I got the Yenlin too but I guess there’s more out there 🤣
My Sogo Vivien is also from Hausermann and it was pretty small as well when I got it. I think the new ones will do well this time around :))
Awesome! I hope so too 🤞

Haha yea, it can be a little finicky. Sending good vibes your way so it will grow successfully for you 🍀🤞
