    Yes!!!! I needed this video from you, I have just recently became a pescatarian and 90% of my diet is plant based, while 10% is seafood. I did it for health reasons and I feel so much better now.

    I love this! I’m my toddler has a milk allergy so I of course had to try that pasta! It was amazing! I didn’t have the queso so I substituted that for Chao vegan cheese melted & coconut cream. It was amazing! Will definitely try again w the queso.

    Animal Proteins are also so important in your diet. Everything in moderation. Whole organic milk, GMO and antibiotic free is also so important in your diet. Think about how important the first year of a newborn infants life is sustained by milk. The baby first receives claustrum from their mother then milk. The claustrum is so important to build immunity for the baby. This is also very important for newborn animals. Example newborn goats, sheep, and cows may die without receiving the claustrum within the their first 24 - 48 hours of life.

      i’m def not going meatless but i also think i could use more veggies in my life hence trying this. also based on requests and comments from the audience, they would also like to see more ideas like this so they too could try new veggie ideas! so i’m happy to integrate into the “menu”.

      Wrong. Animal protein is NOT important for our health. And YES Babys need Mothermilk. But we are adults now. We drank our mother's breastmilk for 2 years or so. We don't need Breast milk from another mammal. And steal their baby's milk... and watch "what the health" if youre concerned about health. And "hope for all". For ethics please watch "dominion"
