I love how they're not just one simple band, a few of them are doing their own little side projects and still stay committed to the band itself. This was a genius way of getting people who aren't into the more hardcore stuff to hear their music and know the lyrics and maybe have something more to relate to, y'know?
Issues is so talented. I love their diversity and range. They put so much effort into their music. I respect all of them. One the few realist bands still in the game. Keep up the work guys 👍

A lot of people are hating on Issues, and this EP. But I am personally really enjoying this acoustic EP. I hate hardcore/screamo/metal (i dont know what its called) But i absolutely love Tyler Carter's vocals. You may be hating on it because you're used to harder stuff, but they're also gaining more fans like me, who appreciate the broken down acoustic versions of songs :p
If I'm not mistaken it would be called Metalcore.
This band would be put under R&B/Metal.. I absolutely love it, but for those who just think it's metal, is wrong.. So R&B/Metal :)
In every interview Tyler is asked what genre the band is, he can never describe it. So lets just go with "Flawless". :)

They are different but it's because the song was originally hating on Woe Is Me but then the people from Woe Is Me and Issues became friends so they wanted to change the lyrics some. Also I love your page on Facebook.

"rewritten to open your eyes and shed some light on us, not anyone else, so get the drama out of your mind" He's pretty much saying that he rewrote the song with a different meaning, as it used to be a message to woe is me, but now it's changed and he wants to eliminate the drama that once was the song. All the lines he left in still stand, when he left woe is me he was finally happy that he could say and do whatever he wants and the rest of issues would support him; furthermore, he now writes songs "about being real" and that's why those parts were left in. The main meaning of the song now is about his fans. Plus woe is me and issues have both grown up and made friends. It was just one person in woe in particular really. And the lines about listening to your soul over fame I'm guessing is about music and artists in general nowadays.

I'm so glad Tyler got involved with metal. Most metal vox need an upgrade, and Tyler is showing everyone what's up. Most people don't get it yet, but i think enough do that he is making an impact.
