    Arizona just does not car about sexual molestation charges. According to Gilbert police detective (no name to protect him) my case was 15 years old. As I'm older Iam able to examine my habits and where they stem from. I made a phone call to the molestor and got the proof on recording. But according to the detective it wasn't good enough, but there's proof. But it wasnt good enough.well how much proof does it take. And why did I have to relive my past just to hear "it wasn't good enough". Thank you justice system now there's a child molestor on the loose in Phoenix Arizona

      Gabriel Leon, your mistake: Don't just trust anyone, especially this dedective!! A good lawyer will ALWAYS try to do their BEST to help your side and case. You had a great piece of proof, the detective was wrong or just wanted to mislead you. If it's not too late to reopen the case, do it!!!

    Every defendant is entitled to a fair trial.
    On the other hand, most people who make a report to police have done so very reluctantly.

    One question for those accused of crimes involving rape, How are you sexually gratified. Explain your last sexual experience...

    Do polygraph tests are done against a sexual assailant? Most people do not commit this crime in public or in front of any witnesses.

    • @Kaytie_Alexis
      @Kaytie_Alexis 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not admissible in trial so a polygraph won’t help it will just rule someone in or out as suspect but it will be inadmissible as evidence

    What if there are no indictations of injury (bruises, scratches, bleeding)? Would that help a case?

    Can you please explain what does this mean when the officer emails that the " kit is back to police station and is placed in evidence "?

    • @Kaytie_Alexis
      @Kaytie_Alexis 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It most likely means they got the results back and the results have been placed in evidence for the case…..or the original rape kit was sent back to the police and the PD has put it in evidence to save it for future testing

    What is the statute of limitation for sex abuse in Connecticut? Can you refer me to a lawyer who can handle a sex abuse case?

    • @walkerangela4342
      @walkerangela4342 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is important to note that, under Connecticut Law, individuals who have been sexually abused or assaulted as a child have up to 30 years past the age of 18 to file a claim. The Reinken Law Firm helps victims of sexual abuse and their families gain the confidence to confront the responsible parties and hold them accountable. Their attorneys have the experience and knowledge to help you receive the compensation you deserve.

      That's right rapists, just make sure you don't hurt the girl and make sure she showers up and takes over 24hrs to go to the police and you're good!

      There’s no physical evidence in my case but my victim testimony IS evidence….there’s always victim testimony unless the victim refuses to cooperate with prosecution
