Real answer - because they treat it as more than just a "gig". Seiyuu are basically trained to give 110% when playing a role, largely because if whatever they're in might end up needing them to do live performances and the like for promotional stuff. Being a VA is a job. Being a Seiyuu is a way of life.
Vox is scared of Alastor with good reason, also Vox clearly feels a major inferiority complex towards Alastor and it is a big part of why he wants Alastor gone. He thought in the time Alastor was gone, that he had enough power to fight him, but Alastor very clearly and without question put Vox in his place, only amplifying Vox's insecurity and jealousy.

He actually has as much static as a Japanese radio from the 1930s did. They used a different hertz and so had much less variance and cracking, at the expense of lower broadcast distance (which wasn't a problem due to it being a smaller country).
The funny thing during his battle with adam the JP dub is one of the dubs who keep the radio filter turning off, some other dubs still have the filter on when the cane breaks

Sometimes you can use [くそ] or "kuso" since it almost same like fuck
If there is, "Kuso ga!" I say it in the sense of swearing, but I don't often use it as a scream
