I used an old grape box, you can also use hard foam with a density of 25-30. For the canopy, use wood molding and 0.25mm plastic mica and heat it, there are lots of tutorials on TH-cam

Just slice it with cutter and sanding it. For better accurate use hot wire

What is the max wattage of your motor, and what motor would your recommend 2814 900kv or 1200kv?
About 450-500watt, I will choose 900kv with 12" or 13" prop
