I agree with another poster. The sound is excellent and I dont have to turn your videos up to top volume to hear. In fact, I probably turned this one down lower than normal.

it used to drive me nuts that there was only one hand when there were so many items to dig through, but after the hand got upset about the eyeshadow smudge I started to anthropomorphize it.. Thing would be so grumpy about getting dirty.. 😂
The one thing I admire the most about your videos is the sound level. It’s loud enough I can have my volume turned down. I loathe watching...err....listening to a wonderful ASMR video, whether on TH-cam or Instagram, and I have to turn up my volume so loud to enjoy it. I always totally forget, and the next sound is blaring! 🙉
If they have to upload it that low, they should put a warning at the end to turn your volume back down. They could whisper is at the end, and place a text on the screen.

In my twenties and thirties I always had naturally really long nails. A lot has to do with age, eating right and taking the right vitamins. And they hardly ever broke. Were very hard too. But now that I'm in my early fifties I noticed that my nails are short are constantly breaking and chipping. Plus I take vitamins,etc. But still have the same problem. Go figure.
Maybe try some high-quality multivitamin brand like Life Extension maybe? And add additional biotin like 5 mg. If that wouldn't work out, a temporary copper supplementation maybe could help too.
