Guys why does he at 36:00 first divide 10 by 6 then he squares it why not the other way around? I’ve never been able to understand which parts to take over to the opposite side first. Thank you
I think it’s because 6x^2 without brackets represents 6 lots of x^2, not 6x as an amount then squared if that makes sense. if it was (6x)^2, he would first square root it, then divide by 6 but because there are no brackets we can tell that there are 6 lots of x^2, and that it is not (6*x)^2 for example, say x was 3, 6x^2 would be 6(3^2) which is 54. (6x)^2 would be (6*3)^2 which is 18 squared = 324 hope that helps abit, ive probably overexplained
I've git 57 on p1 and 62 on p2 I need a 9 so I need like full marks made so many dumb mistakes could of easily come out with 70 each p1 wasn't even hard
ty soo much sir...i've been waiting fr this video upload u're a true life saver had a question....do u think vectors will come up...coz it came in paper 2 ????
Can the positive integers in question 17 be 2n+1 and 2n+3 or do they have to have different constants e.g. instead of 2n+1 you do 2m+1 or do the constants not matter?
no u have to do it the way he did it. if ur using 2n+3 as the other, ur only proving the sum of consecutive odd numbers is even. ur asked to prove ANY, so u have to use diff constants
@@randomacc77777 Alr thanks. So can it be a number that has n as the constant or does it have to be a completely different constant e.g. would 4n+5 count as any positive random integer?
what would your estimates be for this paper for grade boundaries. I did the paper and got 54 marks but I'm not sure if that would most likely be a 7 or an 8

Just revise probability then
It'll be okay 😊 you can do this!!
that probability question was so hard
Thanks I just did a practice paper. Maths Genie you are the best
I'm watching this before my mock. I hope this can give me an idea on what to do.

yeah they are normally aqa bounderies are higher with the exams being more easy
