getting grade 8s are easy , just watch youtube videos, use flashcards (anki is a really good electronic flashcard application) and plenty of questions. this is how I got grade 8s in all sciences and maths back in 2022 when I did my gcse (this didn't help me for computer science though , my lowest grade it was a 5)

Got A* in bio and 2As for chem and physics :) did expect the A* in physics too but the boundaries are very VERY high this time for some reason...Overall good one tho :)

I didnt study alot and didnt even thought i did well in the exams. so anyone that is about to give their exams , dont panick and even if u think u didnt do that well do not lose hope. Its not the amount they study it’s more the teachers, how much they love and understand the subject and so much more. Its hard to climb up the ladder especially in maths and a 6 is a great achievement I hope to get in my real gcses
@ruby7595 4 hours a week and you're shocked you're getting a 5? Maths is pretty simple at this level, just solve past papers after understanding the basics. Can't solve past papers watch someone solve them on TH-cam and you'll begin to realize how the questions are the exact same always.

@@jasleenpoonie8749 nothing particularly different just do pmt and get every single concept in ur head even if they don't look important or have rarely come up cuz if they do then that's where u can score along with the other common topics, for computer science I mainly user savemyexams (borrowed from a friend) for my paper 2 and then just practice practice and practice other than that do every single past paper available to u for computer science not a lot available so do gcse , ocr, aqa and I'd recommend doing old spec for the core science and maths (only after u finish new spec and have nothing else to do)

Because in the UK grades are made on a curve... most people will be getting between 4-6. It's not like the US or China or India where the questions are so easy that everyone is expected to get A's or its failure. In the UK its only possible for around 10-15% of the cohort to get the top grades.

You're not in the top of anything so why would you humiliate yourself and your family on national TV like that? Take the entrance exam in India or China if you think it's so easy.
