Wondering why he is blowing snow to the side when in previous videos he uses another machine with a blade to push straight ahead? Just blow the snow forward. Using his box blade to push back? The entire channel is a testament as to how not it use equipment. As far as equipment, some people get it and some just don’t.
The other machine is my Dads John Deere X585 which is enjoying semi retired life. It has a front snowblower and snowplow. My Kubota only has the front snowblower at the moment and the box blade. Rear blade is on order. It’s not pushing back, it’s peeling and scraping the blacktop to not have ice build up. Snowblower isn’t made for that! Then dragging it forward to be blown. The blower can scrape but I have the skid shoes on for the gravel drive. Box Blade is made to scrape both directions. Correct, i am not teaching you how to use your equipment for your given situation. Read your owners manual and make the best judgment for your application. I know how to use my equipment for the given application at hand.
