What is the importance of the neem tree?

Peepal Baba talks about the importance of the neem tree (scientific name: Azadirachta indica) and its various benefits. It is one of the best trees to be planted in the Indian subcontinent. It is an especially wonderful tree to plant in urban areas, since it does not take too much space and is very effective to absorb air pollution and is beneficial against extreme high temperatures.

Dear Sir,, Before the pandemic period started I never thought that I should plant any tree. I started feeling responsible during this year and I plant 3 Neem trees, 1 Sidra tree and 1 Lemon tree, I couldn’t explain the happiness within me every time I saw the trees, they are small now but even though they look beautiful, I advice every one to plant specially those who have Pitru Dosha in their horoscopes.

Without neem oil.... None of the garden will survive. Monthly spray of Neem oil helps to keep cockroaches away at house.
Plus it's leaves are too good to use in composting. All tried and tested. Thanks for sharing more wisdom on germinating it. 💕💕

Sir it's always heartening to see your videos. One question I had in my mind for a long time is about a lot of mango varieties of sucking varities ( choosnewale aam). I remember in our childhood days we used to eat so many varieties. But nowadays we hardly find any. And they used to be so tasty. I remember some used to be sweeter and tastier then many common varieties of mangos. Something has to be done to get those mangos back.

Sir, 2 questions.
1. What is the reason for itching while working in garden and soil? (We can see you are also experiencing itching in this video). I am having skin irritation and itching problems ever since I started gardening.
2. Can we use anything other than plastic packets to prepare saplings? As our target is to save environment, minimising the use of plastic packets for saplings is very necessary

Sir I don't know about itching problem I have never faced .
But I know the answer of your 2nd question, that you can use paper bags available in market for sapling but when you are growing seeds of bigger plants try to use multiple paper bags one inside another while growing seeds of big trees so it will last for longer time as the sapling will take more time to grow upto 1-2ft or you can use earthen pots available in market for around rs 5 per piece specialy for growing saplings.
Once you start loving plants and environment ideas automatically come to your mind .
