I think I just watched it the best way (yet safest) possible - opened a window (we're having a mid-season blizzard in North Dakota now), let in some of the -40F wind-chill (and snowflakes), layered up and let my Siberian Husky lie on my legs while enjoying the scenery. Real Cold + Real Snow + Real Wind = WinWinWin
It's been 3 months since I was in Yellowstone and drove alongside the bison herd running at full speed (occupying 90% of the road, making it very hard to pass them due to resulting congestion) by the river. Time to make the drive again. One can never overenjoy such a beauty.
This vid should easily get 10 Mil views over next decade.
The most beautiful, all encompassing pictures and sounds of winter in action in Yellowstone. If it were not for the dedicated, beauty appreciating photographers I would never know this joy they share. Thank you all.

Love documentaries without narration. I can imagine what it felt like to be a Paleoindian hunter-gatherer in the Ice Age
The two-minute Wolf-Pack footage at 33:05 is phenomenal. I wish they weren't so elusive, but then again it's been only recently that they've been reintroduced to the ecosystem. Perhaps in 100 years they will be a more common sight...
Ironically, I feel privileged to have almost been eaten by one such wolf-pack long time ago, in the middle of a cold January night. It was a very humbling experience realizing my place in the food chain, listening to 5+ wolves in the distance encouraging the Primary one :) But, thanks to my height (highly likely), the alpha called off the hunt eventually, though at the closest he was only about 15 feet from me...
Still wish I could meet them again at least once ...

Looks to me at 28:32 that the buffalo looks frozen . I don't think it can move. Poor thing. I was wondering when we would see the wolves. It took half an hour but they are there. Beautiful animals.
