- And here we go, time to gather every Gold Card and Custom Ball in the stages.
The Gold Cards are for collection and for... something else.
The Custom Balls are to customize your own Bomberman character in Custom mode! - บันเทิง
You have no idea how much I appreciate you for making this guide. How in the hell was anyone supposed to figure this out on their own? Let alone little kids lol there’s no way I’d have ever figured any of this out when I was younger
Im looking at this video , and i cant even begin to thank this person. Ive never seen so meny of the rooms, and this was one of the few games i had and played ALOT as a kid
10/10
So I'm 2 years late, but in the ending video if you beat the game normally without any secret bosses or anything like that, in the credits, it literally shows you a clip of them performing the "bomb bridge" in the exact area as the very first one performed in this video. I remember seeing that as a kid, being stunned because I always wondered how to get up there, and realized that they wanted you to use very niche game mechanics to get up there. I remember being so frustrated in trying to get the right bomb size to get there. I didn't feel like it was worth it for the effort, and never did get all the gold cards to unlock the super secret zone, boss, or ending, but I did think it was clever and at least weren't total jerks about it because it literally showed you a reason to replay the game to try something new.
@@SagittalAxis Good point actually!
@@SagittalAxis That is an excellent point actually!
Bro when I was a kid this game was impossible to me as in I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I never actually beat any stages I just used to have fun running around blowing shit up

This brings back so many memories I completely forgot I owned this game. It's all coming back to me!
Damn that's some horrific design for a first level. No wonder I couldn't figure out any of the secrets.
this games a certified N64 gem i will always love this game even if i didnt beat the game with the good ending
I remember playing this for the first time as a kid. It was a different game to me at the time. First thing I did: Set a bomb down and stand there 'til it blew up...
Dat nostalgia. I use to just play around and try to find secrets and stuff when I played this when I was little. Then years later I decided to play my n64 for awhile and just started trying to get the cards since I noticed they gave you custom things. Never thought of looking up how, but now I feel stupid I didn't try some of these things, even though I knew how to do most of them.
This was my favorite game on N64! I got to the rainbow stage and I cant remember if I beat it or not. Recently I began playing this on my N64 emulator on my PC. Im looking for all the custom pieces which led me to your vid. Its cool to see so many people enjoyed this game. I thought I was the only one.
Just spent over an hour trying to work out how to break the 4th switch behind the fence. No wonder I couldn't figure it out! I had no chance.
How the FUCK was i supposed to figure this out as a kid!!! amazing :)
Thank you for saving me time in the one area with the costume piece.
Just passing by to see how these secrets were accomplished. Couldn't get these back then lmao.
Finally found the gold cards and custom balls in this one.
It was such a pain until this video helped me. :)
Some of these things have alternative means of getting over. That room 2 minutes in is intended to use the pillars in the lake as a puzzle to destroy the pillars. I recall looking everything up on GameFAQs on dial up as a kid. They had a more complicated bomb ladder to get up there, too. These days I've forgotten some intended methods; dizzy-hopping is just so much faster.
2:22 Pro Gamer Move
This game was awesome~! I remember renting it from Blockbuster
the good old times
I've got this game early last year and I've only made it to the snow level. I never realized how headache-inducing it was until I played it again after aitting in my bin for months.
Oh, my childhood :')
i love the multiplayer in this game. i remember there was a code for some extra stages in multiplayer.
thats the reason i am here this game was the highlight of my childhood used to play this game at friend hour every chance i got good times and im gong to buy it again :D
That, and I would have never thought to make bombs to jump on, or knock me out so I could get to unreachable places.
Playing this game was the highlight of my life i remember it like it was yesterday..i used to play it everyday after school in 1st grade. Havnt played it since :(
I totally forgot about this game! great stuff.
ah old memories
Gotta find this one! Looks waaaaay too fun!
thanks for the help, my fav game of all time.
To be honest I don't remember all that much about the game. Just that I played it a lot as a kid and the one thing I remember was spending hours in all the levels trying to find all the unlockable / hidden things and never succeeding. I spent hours thinking "how the hell do I get over there"
Oh the days of no internet guides.
The bomb jumps are a neat part of the game, but boy they sure don't work as well they should, combined with like a 30 second stun for some reason if you bonk into a bouncing bomb, makes them far more tedious than it should be.
I played this game so freaking much as a kid
2:28
REALLY, HUDSON!?
Actually, I did this the wrong way :D
You can see the right way at 4:25 in this video th-cam.com/video/WArmiSrkQAw/w-d-xo.html
*****
Oh wow. That's not nearly as insane as this. XD
RANDROID I know, I felt pretty dumb lol
*****
I'd say "resourceful." XP
I remember spending HOURS trying to figure out what the hell to do in this room when I was little. x_x
RANDROID Me, too, basically with half of the game right there. I only rediscovered it a couple of years ago when I recorded these videos.
*claps* Awesome work, my sister could only get a few of those golden cards, we never could reach the rest.
In 6:50, Does somebody know if you can cross to the "other" side of that section?. I tried a long time ago thinking that there might be a hidden part but I couldn't do it back then . It's too high and you only have 8 bombs.
I remember trying so hard to get to these and I could only get to maybe one of them.
So many memories
Huh, I never gotten in all nooks and crannies of that level last time I played it. I knew there was something suspicious about those blue pillars, too.
Man I miss games like this
this is advanced for a kids game
I'm just trying to figure out how you got them to hard stop at the like 4:08-4:12 range.
the R button
the custom item sub-stages were as big as the game itself, wow
I will probably never learn these tricks, I think i'll settle for the bad ending
the feels.. the feels
This and Super Mario 64 were the best games for N64 easily. Idk why bomberman wasn't on smashbro's. As a kid I always hoped he would be. I wanted that more then any christmas present.
Thank you
This brings back fucking memories
Well after having watched this video it's become VERY CLEAR why I never got all the gold cards or custom parts as a kid.
I never liked this one because I played Bomberman Hero first but I want to back and play this it is awesome
You are a Bomberman God.
Now that I know a way around the lack of a jump button, I want to play again!
How can you get the green custom part I blow up the stone and nothing appears?
Some are located differently in Normal and Hard mode.
Ok this might sound stupid but... at minute 4:00 how do you make the bombs fall down immediately after kicking them? Oo I'm struggling on this part so hard cause my bombs just keep bouncing off so that I can't make a good line to that teleporter
R button.
@@Hawlo ... wow.. it was that easy huh xD I bought it recently on the wii u so I had no idea of the controls anymore :c but thanks a lot!!
How do u put down blue bombs
Man I wish I can back in time....
Imagine if the game designers just made bomberman able to jump in this game..
how do you enlarge the bombs?
Mash that A button.
nostalgia..
Knocking yourself out is not how that puzzle is meant to be done. You are meant to bounce bombs over and destroy the pillars so you can drop down, then use the stairs to return. Unfortunately, the middle pillars seem too far spaced for it to work for me.
Aaaah I see. When I played this game a long time ago, I tried like crazy to cross it but couldn't do it. Have you tried?. I think it's impossible.
Anyway, nice videos
The emulator for this game dont work? How can I play this game without buying the console
How do you make the blue bombs grow?
Grab the bomb (I believe with the B button) then continously press A til it "pings" with that yellow ring.
I fuckin loved this game. Wish I still had a N64
There are a ton of complete N64s on Ebay selling for 50$.
my fav lvl
2:23 killed me XD
Played a japanese version of this game as a kid, never cleared a single stage... but it was fun
me too. except in english.
how many custom parts are in one level?
Usually two.
cool i am playing this currently and it is really a mess with thing you actually can do at best this level it is pretty fucked up well in a good way
Singo Tai If you prefer, you can read a written walkthrough so you're sure you're not missing anything.
Whos Johnson I have to suck to get these games remastered?
Just......how the hell was anyone supposed to figure that out???
this game should have an hd remake. like Zelda Wind W.
YES YES YES YES YES
DEFINITELY
I think they try to avoid making HD remakes of awful games.
Lyle Pego well, they didn't remake it but they did release it on the Wii U via virtual console.
Uh, you CAN jump. There's just no jump button...
This is a REAL game. Not like the shit they produce now.
When games were simple and fun!! (Kingdom hearts is the best)
100
1:31 fail alert
Wow what a terribly designed game
