In the second round theres another college jiska cutoff gira hai, if i choose that, do i have to pay the fees again???
nope , if the fees of the college u choose in 2nd round is less u would be refunded the extra amount u have paid in round 1 and if its the other way then u have to pay extra acc to the college u chose.

Yeah it might change if you have made any changes in the choice filling. There is also chance that you'll get the same college in 1st round too
