3:45 - Speaking of green inks, I highly recommend you try Monteverde California Teal if you haven't already. It is my favorite ink and constantly in at least 3 pens I own. I keep a Platinum 3776 Laurel Green pen perpetually loaded with this ink, plus some 2 other pens that I like to rotate around.
I am a huge sucker for literary themed inks, especially ones that move past the Wizard of Oz and Alice in Wonderland (though I usually love those too). I mean, a 1984 ink? Yes please! Wearingeul has really been a hit for me this year.
Cool inks! I love hearing your impressions of inks and different ink/pen combinations. I know that Troublemaker, Pennonia and Papier Plume are going to be in my future purchases this year. I've been using Troublemaker's Opon Channel Blue a great deal last year. It's much more teal than blue and I love how it writes and it's color really connects with me.
I have a soft spot for Troublemaker inks, but I have not tried that one. It is going on my list! I do love a green leaning teal! Thank you for stopping by!
new subscribers. I love your ink choices and hearing your reasons behind your choices. I want the colorverse color so badly now. what a shame it seems to only be available in that duo with an illegible color for me. haha.
I was really broken hearted when I realized it was the small bottle. I like the idea of the themed sets, but I really wish the inks were available separately!
Love your picks! The Troublemaker Blue Guitar take is not a bad take at all I don't think.. what a gorgeous blue! Definitely have some new inks on my wishlist.
I waited around to try Blue Guitar for so long because I figured it was just a boring blue. It was a really happy surprise when it ended up being as interesting as it is. I am honored to have added inks to your list when you have likely added about 300 to mine!!
When you are watching as a hungarian randomly and you find out that there is an internationally accessible Hungarian ink brand. :o Nice pronunciation on "viharfelhő", congrats. not one of our easiest words to say...
I really like your videos. I agree with a few of your favorites, #4 & 5 are so good and I am a big fan of Birmingham Pen Co. inks, Aqueduct is a great one. I’ve bought a few FPR pens after seeing you use them, too.
Thank you so much!! Looking back at last year's inks for this video really showed me where I should try to branch out. I didn't think I would ever like a brown ink and here we are, so I am sure that there are other colors I have been avoiding out there that would be amazing too. I also want to try to branch out and include more brands. My list was pretty heavily concentrated on a few, but I tend to buy a bunch of inks from one brand at a time. I hope you like the FPR pens. They are in very heavy rotation on my desk.
I think the bottle of Don Quixote I had was wonky somehow. It was so dry I couldn't get it to work in any pen! I'll have to hunt down a sample and try again as the colour is lovely.
Not that I would ever wish a wonky bottle of ink on you, but I hope my bottle isn't the wonky one! I will be seriously depressed, but I know what you mean. There was a Colorverse ink that so many people said that they loved and my sample was a mess and so very dry.

will second this! such a great ink!
Oh yes, that looks beautiful! I am going to have to add that to the list. I really want to find some good greens. Thank you for the recommendation!
Nicely done! great set.. and camera work. Frank in Colorado
Thank you so much Frank!
No nonsense, straight to the point, great lighting to show off the inks. Nice work, lovely inks (haven't heard of most of them).
Yellow and purple mixed together can give the most beautiful palest of greys
Very interesting.. I might have to play around with that. I do love greys!
Always love your videos. So happy to see this!
I always love your videos too!! Thank you for stopping by!
Love the Don Quixote, too. I initially bought it for the name but fell in love with it! 😍

I do love that#1 ink for sure
I really hope it sticks around! I will be very sad if they discontinue it!
Nice selection, thank you!
My favorite at the moment:
Sailor Manyo Yu
Oh that is a great color! I will have to check it out!
Great video, as usual. I added a bunch of these to my wishlist. 👀
Thank you so much!!

Thank goodness!! I was worried that I really messed it up and I really do love Pennonia too much to completely flub the name! Thank you!
