      edit: For stupid people who have poor reading comprehension, I'm saying unless someone is explicitly saying that her design is copied, no need to defend it. I hope you get it now. So stop replying with your dumb responses.

      @@hello-gx6oi Some Japanese, from what I've heard, cannot discern the 'L' from 'R'. It has something to do with brain development during acquisition of your first language
      It can be trained, though. That's why some Japanese can speak English fluently

    • @kohimame
      @kohimame 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@hello-gx6oi This is just what I think-Japanese is already somewhat messy, hahaha.
      Reforming it might make it more confusing for its inhabitants (plus I don't think globalization is in their best interest). That could be possible if children were exposed to English at a young age (or any language that uses sounds not limited to Japanese) but usually that's not the case.
      It could still be possible, but the gap between English (what's usually taught in schools) and Japanese is still wide so it might prove to be quite a problem to students
      They may be able to *recognize* the differences in sounds, but the problem lies in not being able to apply them. Why learn Polish (as an example) when you're probably going to be stuck in a country that uses an entirely different system of communication? That may be the case for most people, but wouldn't pose to be a problem if frequently exposed to said language.
      I am not familiar with the Japanese education system but from what I've seen, natives still learn the 2000 words they need to know until around Grades 7-9.
      *TL;DR:* You could, but the process is somewhat tedious, not only for a single family, but for a society like Japans; in turn, a problem like this would only be solved within a small circulation of people.
      Don't take my word for it though, maybe a few countries are already implementing what I've mentioned without my knowledge! China could be an example.
