Great video. I live in Goulburn. You should have done the walk by the river near the Waterworks, and also below Rocky Hill is the wetlands with a walk. Has bird viewing stations and heaps of Kangaroos. Plus the old Brewery. And throw in a night at the speedway. Then the Leider Theatre, Australia’s oldest continuous theatre company. And visit The Goulburn Club in market street. Run by volunteers and for the local muso’s.
Thank you for all the tips,if I ever had back there, I’ll definitely check that out. I really enjoyed my time in town and I wish I had plenty more there to be able to do more things like you’ve suggested. That’s the best thing about travel you can always go back and do it again. Went to Goulburn a few weeks ago. Looks like you had lovely weather. When I went it was ABSOLUTELY FREEZING!! ... so didn't get to see as much as I would have liked. Also had a pie at "Trappers". Delicious. Very popular bakery.
That’s a shame the weather wasn’t too good. I did get lucky with the weather and yes the pies that I had their absolutely delicious.! Thanks for checking out the episode hopefully get to go back again one day and experience with better weather. Regards Deano
Really enjoyed this video. Who knew Goulburn was such an interesting town. I have seen that tower many times but always thought it was the jail. We definitely will check that out and hubby is a huge water and steam engine buff So we will check that out as well. Buildings are beautiful. Thanks Dean

I love Goulburn and Gundagai and I can never understand why people drive in a rush from Melbourne to sydney ( or vice versa) and never stop in these towns......I deliberately stop in these towns overnight.....It's real Australia.

It is a very busy town to navigate, if you’re going to go visit the information office and they shall be able to point you in the right direction to make your visit even easier. Hope you make it there to get that photo. Thanks again for checking out the episode Regards Deano 👍

Who knows what that dog creature is but lucky you didn't come across it 😂 To see you in a regular car seemed almost strange (not being rude haha)... I'm just so used to seeing you driving your van.
