The policies were still issued, and Sachin asked his mother to come to the IPru branch for cancellation during the free look period, but the branch operation manager was abusing his position by refusing to process the free look and refusing to let Ms. Manju Shree Ma'am enter the branch or meet the seniors. 4. How can they process application of new policies without singh knowing it, who signed new application forms, She being MDRT advisor didnt knew difference between Application form and surrender form and where to sign. 2.If singh didnt signed the form why has he not filled a police complaint of forgery and complained to IRDA or to consumer court against the branch operations manager and Agent and agent's manager who must have signed manager's report. 3. For freelook cancellation his mother need not have to go to branch, she could have sent all freelook cancellation forms filled with his son who could submit it any branch of ICICI Pru.

However, we have further requested the company to pay refund with interest. 2. It is easier said than done when it comes to FIR. As liaison officers, Icici recruits retired DySP and SP level officials, whose purpose it is to work with local administration to ensure that no FIRs are filed against Icici or any of their employees.
