All true, except we do flight instructor ratings, scenic flights and charters as well. Our maintenance shop Bakerview is one hanger over so students are always able to see what is going on and what maintenance is being done, our mechanics also like donuts. In terms of the maintenance times, the shop can put multiple mechanics on one plane and get them in and out usually in one day. Down time it always tried to be kept at a minimum and we do that with an extensive list of new spare parts on the shelves ready to go when needed. As for weather minimum, it is based on student level. However we will fly in winder conditions then some schools, but that is always with an instructor, we want to know that if a student takes a plane solo, the plane and student can handle any wind that may pick up while they are flying. Many accidents happen from the pilots inability to control the aircraft during landing or take off in a strong wind or cross wind, we do our best to insure this doesn't happen thru training. I actually did a review video after talking with some students from there. Unfortunately, the students I talked with weren't happy with their experience, and when I posted the video the school forced me to take down the video because of the negative reviews, so unfortunately I can't really recommend that school.
