Another superb video. You are my go to reviewers.
This is perfect timing for me. I was all set to buy a Breeze because I much prefer the design but they have been discontinued due to serious problems like catching fire.
But! The most startling fact for me is that heavy cream is kinder for lactose intolerance. I’ve been making ice cream with milk for years because I thought cream would be asking for trouble but I’m going to try cream next time. Thank you!🎉

"italian ice" in italian "sorbetto al limone" and it's drinkable and sometime alchoolic ^_^ usually served in summertime and after fish dinner or between fish and meat meal ...not for everybody for sure but in Italy most liked ;-) thanks for this video....ciao ;-)

HSN has a deal today on the newer Deluxe model, $199.99, but before you buy, create an account and they’ll email you a 15% off coupon. Brought the price down to $169.99 including 2 extra pints, 4 total.
Also, I think the extra step of placing the pint in the outer canister on the deluxe vs none on the breeze may be to contain spills in case a bit too much liquid was added to a recipe. I assume it also helps keep whatever you’re making colder vs the breeze’s pint being directly exposed to room temperature as it churns. 🤷🏽‍♀️

You might want to change your cleaning rating after a month or 2 of using it. Ice cream particles get stuck under the lid and starts to stink. You have to take the gasket out and with small brushes scrub it

@@TheAverageKitchen I know and I didn't criticise you. Just stated that this isn't what the manual said it was. You won't find anything like this "Italian ice cream" anywhere in Italy. As I said, it looks good and I'd try it but knowing what's in there and seeing the consistency, it's not what we have here in Europe. Try mixing lemon curd with heavy whipped cream (you can even use mascarpone), freeze and blend as Ninja recommends - it's not the correct Italian recipe either but it looks and tastes a lot more like gelato. 🍧🙋🏻‍♀Lisa

Advantage Kitchen, Your measurement were wrong for this product. It is 16.50" H, x 6.50 W x 12" L. When making Italian Ice, it should have a consistency similar to a Sorbet texture. So therefore, you should have "Re-Spin a 3rd time, likewise the same with the creamiccino. There is no rule that you must do it only twice. Italian Ices, you would have to experience that by taking a visit to Brooklyn, find a Pastry shop, that most likely have Italian Ices made fresh, and they come in assorted flavor, Lemon, Chocolate, Cherry, Cream, Pistachio, and also visit Little Italy in Manhattan, or even in Chicago. In Italy, it goes under Sorbet not Italian Ices. Ciao.

Dairy frozen products are far more better than any vegetable substitute as water crystals forming in dairy are smaller than in alternatives, for dairy free products use a little bit of gelatine to reduce the size of frozen water crystals.
