what if someone removes the software from the usb drive ? will downloading again and putting back again the software to usb drive is enough to access your files back ?
More like, why use a vault that can corrupt your password? Just encrypt your content where it is, remove the backup feature and put the password on the access point (so when plugged in, a password box shows up). And make it usable on Android.
I think only if you haven't deleted your backup files that get stored on your computer.

What about with Android phones will I get the password prompt if I this flash drive as my external drive for my phone will it still be protected and can I get access to the files with Android of it's password protected will it prompt for for a pw on android?

Yes the memory stick have to be sandisk, this software only runs from sandisk drives and prevent users to access the software from any other drives.
Do I need to keep all the files on USB after the vault is setup? or what is safe to remove?
Can you remove the password
No, but you can change it. Or just delete the software.

Didn't work for me. I put a simple text file on the flashdrive, opened the app, created a PW, dragged the file into the vault, logged off. I removed the disk, reinserted it, and was able to open the text file without entering a PW. I dont know why it didn't work :(
I think you copy to Vault, delete everything, only view inside the Vault, I don't know is right or not

@@styrmirzryan you're prolly making the same mistake i made. dont put it on the flash drive first. simply drag it from your PC into the vault. Then you view it inside the vault. Counter-intuitive, I know. But once I got used to it, it works fine.
