- Hello everyone! Today I’ll share with you how I prepare my rainbow diet. The rainbow diet's goal is to cover your plate with fruits and vegetables in a variety of colors, hence how it got its name. It's a way to ensure that you're getting enough vitamins and nutrients into your daily diet. To follow this diet, you should eat plant-based foods in a wide array of colors. It is also one of my way to eat healthy. I hope you like it.
Breakfast
yogurt, strawberry, banana and granola
Lunch
sautéd baguio beans, red bell pepper, white onion and spring onion
Fried tofu
Sliced papaya
Dinner
Soy marinated onion
Cucumber with salt and sesame oil
Seared pork
Calamansi juice
