- Hello everyone! Today I’ll share with you how I prepare my rainbow diet. The rainbow diet's goal is to cover your plate with fruits and vegetables in a variety of colors, hence how it got its name. It's a way to ensure that you're getting enough vitamins and nutrients into your daily diet. To follow this diet, you should eat plant-based foods in a wide array of colors. It is also one of my way to eat healthy. I hope you like it.
Breakfast
- yogurt, strawberry, banana and granola
Lunch
- sautéd baguio beans, red bell pepper, white onion and spring onion
- Fried tofu
- Sliced papaya
Dinner
- Soy marinated onion
- Cucumber with salt and sesame oil
- Seared pork
- Calamansi juice
