Unique was my favorite for 9mm for decades. They changed the formula a few years back and it SUCKS ASS. So much static, doesn't flow like it use to, I refuse to work with it.
I’m sorry but, no! I loaded probably 500 rounds of 9mm on a single stage once. I’ll never do that again, shortly after I bought a Dillon and it’s substantially more enjoyable to load high volume stuff like that now.
I've reloaded for years. And I still do, but only precision rifle rounds. There is zero point in reloading 9mm, .40SW, .45ACP, or any other common pistol round. After the cost of components and time to press them out, even on a 650 with full all the fixins, you're not saving money over buying factory ammo by the case. The only way you might save, monetarily, is by casting your own bullets. But even then, when you factor in time (time is money) it's still not worth it for general plinking fodder.
I’m not a fan of ASMR or really even understand it. I know you weren’t trying to but I think that’s what they’re going for in those videos. Maybe I just love 9mm idk 😂

I’m no American, but what I do understand about Americans is that there is deep love for this thing called a freedom disperser that shoots liberation at the speed of democracy
😅 you get it ❤️
Thanks for showing me how to make a bullet even tho I’m in the UK 👍
If you don’t reload, you’re not a real gun owner!
Lee loadmaster 5 stage fast and easy.💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
N.500's are the best primers out there. Ive loaded millions of rounds in my years and the CCI N.500 is by far the most consistent. A close second would be Fiocchi
This short makes me happy to see that the art of loading your own ammunition is still alive, grandfather showed me how, still have the press and work bench if he was still alive he would like this video 10 times over.
I prefer to buy ready-to-use bullets
Average quite kid in America 🦅🦅
How did you get that voice ? lol cold🔥
From what I understand, it's finding the primers is the greatest challenge.
Ahhh yes a normal day a normal texan
People at war “sir where all out of ammo” “what happened to it all?” (Literally bro shooting all the ammo)😅
I would not mind doing this as a job
Today I learnt that bullets can be hand assembled. I had no idea what to even think of about manufacturing/ assembling bullets but I was not expecting this. Really cool stuff
It's right at 1200 but u gotta cram that shit closed. I've started only doing 1000 rounds bcus the ammo can is heavy as fuck. U can fit 1200 556 in the bigger can
The actual awareness and mentioning the video won't be complete and where to go done in such a cool way got major respect from me! That's actual class right there.

With lead cast bullets thats alot of friction do you have any problems with speed
Great question. I have no issues with consistent velocities Thanks to the bullet lube I use, Lee liquid Alox.
Unique and alox. Classic.
I’m looking to do this but don’t know where to start. This a a great motivator.
A good place place to start is a starter kit by RCBS or Hornady. They usually go on sale every Father’s Day and Christmas. Start by getting set up to load your favorite centerfire high powered rifle cartridge such as .308 or 30-06. It’s in these cartridges that you will definitely save the most money and usually notice a tremendous increase in accuracy (depending on what you’ve been buying). I hope this helps and good luck to you.

My friend has his neighbor reload ammo for him. He swears that the guy knows a ton about guns and stuff. Anyways, I shot his AR-15. I normally don't like shooting other people's guns because his rifle blew up in my face. I kept telling him it was his neighbor's BS ammo. I had him show me the "reloaded" round, and the dang bullet wasn't pressed properly or something because if you pushed on the bullet, it just went down into the casing very easily. Never again will I shoot another person's gun, especially if they're using bubba's reloaded crap. Not saying this OG doesn't know what he's doing; he clearly does. Just be careful trusting other people's ammo.
1000. I line my cans with cardboard.
Verygood
I was literally wondering the same thing the other day since I have an ammo can that size but only 400 rounds of 9mm in it. I have more ammo stored, just got a new box is all 😅
Im pretty sure that bottle of ALOX isn’t supposed to be warped severely in the middle 🤦♂️ also wtf are you doing trying to make a bullet pretty? Lmao you buy the propaganda saying it flies better? 😂🤦♂️
Liquid Alox gets firm when kept in a cool area, so per the instructions, you are supposed to immerse it in a cup of hot water before use so it’s runny as it should be for even distribution. It doesn’t take many times of doing this before the bottle will develop a little pooch, which is never a problem. As for the rest of your incoherent jabbering, I have no response because I honestly couldn’t make any sense out of it.

Make the bullets pretty? Heaven forbid a man takes pride in his work
Oh no, a bottle has a bulge in it, whatever will we do 😱

The voice alone tell you that man knows weaponry
Without home cooking, there'd be no wildcat rounds. Wildcat rounds often become new rounds. The rule is always load short and gradually increase the powder load towards your goal.
The men who have developed our beloved once-wildcat cartridges often have basements that look like machine shops, from lathes to chamber pressure sensors, they are far more equipped to do what they do than your average guy with an RCBS starter kit. So when I say “no home cooking” I’m talking to the guy who thinks it might be a good idea to mix various gun powders or try a charge of pistol powder in a centerfire rifle cartridge that calls for 50 grains etc. and anyone else who couldn’t crank out a new set of dies like Fred Huntington did as if he were warming up pizza rolls. For most of us…it’s best to follow the manual. Happy shooting 💨

What do you need that much bullets for?
It’s a complete waste to just be shooting air with it

PEOPLE LEAVE ME ALONE...
Start using Hodgdon’s CFE-223. It is also for pistols (I load my .38s and .357s and .223s with it) AND it burns much MUCH cleaner than UNIQUE (dirty burnin stuff!) do keep the cci primers and of course… we cast our own. I been reloadin since 15yo and I’m 60yo now. Just check out a pound of CFE-223 and I promise you will love it. (Ya don’t have to use as much either.. if your projectile is a 124grain about 5.5 grains of powder should do ya. But DO check you manual!) happy shooting brother.
I will indeed get myself a pound and try it out!
Thanks very much brother and happy casting/loading/shooting 💨 to you as well! 🇺🇸 💪

@@staggerleesmancave8987 where do you get your primers from. I live in north central florida and the primer is the most elusive creator ever, around here!
What does that lube do to the cast bullet. I'm very new to casting
Lee Liquid Alox is a proven preventer of leading in barrels. …which is more than I can say for the skittle dust everyone seems to be so high on right now 🙄 (powder coat).
People like to hate on Alox because, yes, it looks like earwax….and yes, it makes a little smoke 💨. But at the end of the day, it does it’s job. And has been scientifically proven to do so. There’s a reason Midway USA and Brownell’s aren’t selling powder paint by the gallon yet: its because the jury’s still out.

Where did you get the South Korean M2 30 cal ammo box? That's exactly what South Korean army, including my dad, used to use to carry M1 Garand's ammo way back in the days.

I've been trying to find somw great pressed 9mm.....lemme know cause id like to pick up 2400 maybe more....as long as there good and they function great let me know please.the capri sun pressies are to expensive i can buy hollows from Remington for that price 😅😂😂
Beautiful voice. You might have been told you sound like the famous sniper Carlos Hathcock...
I always found Unique dirty. I shoot 50 rounds of 38 in a revolver and the entire gun and my hands were black. I tried the new formula and it was only slightly cleaner.
Like what you want, just my experience.
147 gr flat point lee mold... 2.3 gr titegroup makes nice subsonic
Nice Boxucket of Gunpawdor... now i need a nice remote fuse.. and some gasoline sidekick box ... arr...
Home Tourists are on the Rise
Someone seems to have bought the Korean surplus delinked 30-06 for their Garand judging by that very familiar ammo can
I've reloaded for years.

No home cooking? How you think John Moses developed the 45 when US Army said 9mm was garbage?
I’m not a fan of ASMR or really even understand it. I know you weren’t trying to but I think that’s what they’re going for in those videos. Maybe I just love 9mm idk 😂
Aren't most modern hunting cartridges the result of "home cooking?"
You make a valid point…however the men who have developed our beloved once-wildcat cartridges often have basements that look like machine shops, from lathes to chamber pressure sensors, they are far more equipped to do what they do than your average guy with an RCBS starter kit. Unique is great. Second oldest powder. But Power Pistol, and BE 86 meters better, and is a better powder.
