In this video, I will share an overall tour guide of Himachal Pradesh to places like Shimla, Kullu , Kasol, and Manali from Kolkata.
I will also share an overall estimate of what the total expense could be for an overall 6-night 7-day trip to Himachal Pradesh.
Also, I will share my experience of staying in Kullu in the Royal Mansion and my return journey to Kolkata on a flight from Chandigarh airport.

This series was very nostalgic for me. My professional working life was in Chandigarh. 1988 to 90. I worked as an engineer with the Civil Aviation department at the airport and several other flying clubs around. The airport was in its infancy. Flew several times to Shimla and Bhuntar. But the drive/ride to Kulu and Manali was breathtaking. Heavenly. Any superlative adjectives you may think of. Of course both Manali and Kulu was completely rustic. My last trip to Manali was in 89 and with my parents. Probably my last vacation with them. So everything in your series was extremely nostalgic. Thank you Writam and Trisha. Also to your companions Swarnadeep and Antara. Fabulous and personally very emotional for me

খুব তথ্য সমৃদ্ধ একটা ভ্রমণ কাহিনী. শুরু থেকে শেষ অবধি চুটিয়ে উপভোগ করলাম. Manali র তুষারপাত আমার মনে হয় এত ভাল ভাবে আর কোনো ব্লগ এ দেখার সুযোগ হয়নি. তুমি তো এখন আমাদের ঘরের লোক তাই নিজের মনে করে এরকম আরো অনেক উপভোগ্য উপস্থাপনার আব্দার রাখলাম. তোমাদের জন্যে অনেক অনেক শুভেচ্ছা রইলো.

Hi Writam, instead of Bhuntar; I would have recommended you to stay at Larji (specially in Tirthan Grand Riverside); which is picturesque and just 30mins from Bhuntar on the way to Chandigarh / Shimla.

Just saw a few videos of yours. Great initiative. If you care for some feedback to improve viewer experience: 1. Please do look into the camera, viewers will get the feeling that you are talking to them eye to eye. You are probably using a phone and looking at your own image rather than at the camera. 2. Edit more carefully as some of your images are mirror images with billboards having writings making it obvious.
