Ingredients
▪️Tomato
▪️Garlic
▪️Green chilli
▪️Mint leaves
▪️Coriander leaves
▪️Ripe tamarind
▪️Turmeric powder
▪️Black mustard seed
▪️Salt
▪️Cumin seed
▪️Dry red chilli
▪️Mustard oil
Process
➡️Mix all the ingredients in a pan and add one and half teaspoon salt, (you can add salt as per your taste) and half teaspoon turmeric powder.
➡️Cover it for ten minutes in keeping the gas flame at lowest.
➡️After 5 min stir the vegetables and cover it for 5 min.
➡️After 10 min smash all veggies in high flame and add coriander leaves!
Next,
➡️heat mustard oil in a pan and add dry red chilli, cumin, mustard seed , chopped garlic and fry for 5 to 7 sec carefully (If this time is exceeded, it may burn ) .
➡️Then mix it with the previously prepared veggie mix.
Our dish is ready!😋enjoy it with rice, roti, puri and paratha .
