How well would these work in saw dust? I’m looking for a better option for router sled construction. Linear ball bearing rails get fouled quickly by fine dust created by routers.

I have never used this brand, but I made a guide for my 100 lbs forging hammer, and was shocked to see the teflon contact points had worn channels into the steel guide. It was the most fascinating thing I had seen with plastics.

What is the purpose of single flange bearings? It appears as if it would apply pressure unevenly on whatever is mounted to the single flange?

What is the load carrying capacity of these linear bearings? I want to support and slide 300 pounds on top of some 8020 extrusion.

Will the plastic slots wear out after usage? I have used Igus style linear bushings, they don’t last very long, also they are not very high tolerance
