They say you never knew the job you had until you left But that also applies to the employer You never knew the man till he left All the best for the future
@jondoherty3884 I appreciate the kind words. We are actually in very slow negotiations currently for me to return. They realized what they lost yet they still want to try to not give me what I want.... they're like "hey we want you to come back for a $1.50 raise and nothing else that you requested or wanted" 🤣🤣🤣
@@TylerTheFieldServiceTech Walk away bloke they are stringing you on 1-50 is the piss take and they are not going to change if you go back Yes maybe for a couple months but they will go back same old ways Go else where or start up on your own bloke
Absolutely! If you have any questions, dont hesitate to ask. I switched back to working on heavy equipment doing field service. Doing trucks just wasn't for me. Averitt was a bunch of cheapskates, too, and that's not possible for field service.
Haha how did you guess 🤣🤣?? It's unfortunate man I worked for the best direct leadership and co workers no complaints at all. But corporate simply was cheap as could be and wanted field service without wanting to give me the perks of field service. They still haven't filled my spot 3 months later 🤣🤣
