Even they have made it mandatory to complete kyc in pf portal that means employees pan, bank and adhaar details should be updated on pf portal and the portal accepts only when all the information is exactly same in each card. Employer is holding salary if the kyc is not complete on pf portal. I have witnessed there are employees who have not received salary for last six months.

It seems, Govt. had only interest to bring unreported worker under PF security cover..New jobs does hardly happen when there is no requirement in the organisation.. I left job last year after two years of working in ECI from April'16 to May'18. And in June'19 I applied for withdrawal of PF & Pension online. After 1week my claim settled & I got full settlement amount for both. So, can't say about this concern properly as I was also registered in EPFO in 2016.

While withdrawing against Form 10D, age is 58+, also service period is 13 years without any break. But still while claiming I get error like service is less than 10 years. DOJ and DOE is also correctly mentioned. I tried multiple times. Don't know who has created or developed...all this exception are not properly handled resulting people are suffering to get their own hard earn money.

Our PF Department required too much reshuffle the service they are providing is very poor. Bank will do better than pf office, govt. should think about. Decision of PF withdrawal should be of employee instead withdrawal rule of Govt. Even if employee work for one month or in working.

Heart attack cases me Thora time jaata hai regulation 52 ke according uske liye 6 months ka deadline hai but aap keh rehe Hain ki 6 months ho Chuka hai toh Mai aapko suggest karunga ki jis branch office me documents Jama kiye the vahan ke branch manager se aap progress pucho.. Kabhi kabhi non eligibility ki wajah se bhi Der ho jaati hai.. Agar Branch se aap satisfied na ho toh aap Esic website par jakar apna nearest sub regional office dekho aur wahan ke public grievance Officer se Milo 10 din me matter sort ho jayega

Even after retirement, Iam not getting pension as they were needing a revised Form 3 A from my previous employer who had PF trust in company.
I submitted it at Pune PF office 2 months ago. Now I am 62 years old & no pension so far. May I get the interest for last 4 years. Iam a family pension member since 1985 & worked in 4 companies till 60 years, all in Maharashtra.

While withdrawing against Form 10D, age is 58+, also service period is 13 years without any break. But still while claiming I get error like service is less than 10 years. DOJ and DOE is also correctly mentioned.

Our PF Department required too much reshuffle the service they are providing is very poor. Bank will do better than pf office, govt. should think about.
Decision of PF withdrawal should be of employee instead withdrawal rule of Govt. Even if employee work for one month or in working.

Heart attack cases me Thora time jaata hai regulation 52 ke according uske liye 6 months ka deadline hai but aap keh rehe Hain ki 6 months ho Chuka hai toh Mai aapko suggest karunga ki jis branch office me documents Jama kiye the vahan ke branch manager se aap progress pucho.. Kabhi kabhi non eligibility ki wajah se bhi Der ho jaati hai.. Agar Branch se aap satisfied na ho toh aap Esic website par jakar apna nearest sub regional office dekho aur wahan ke public grievance Officer se Milo 10 din me matter sort ho jayega
