Thanks Nilesh I'm currently offshore, and my current salary is well below the required threshold. However, I have a job offer with a salary above AUD 175,000. Will this meet the high-income threshold for the Global Talent Independent (GTI) program?
hi Patrick COngratulations on getting an offer above the threshold. Yes, this will qualify for the income proof. Please refer to the link for more details on the eligibility immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/visas-for-innovation/global-talent-independent-program/eligibility
Thanks Nilesh. Waiting for next parts. Also the minimum amount $175,000 is in Australian dollars or USD? Also, can you be the nominator if my husband is Senior Data Scientist in Singapore having 9 years of experience.
Since we are talking about Australian PR the amounts are in AUD. You can refer to this link for more details library.fairwork.gov.au/viewer/?krn=K600486. Technically I can be a nominator. But since I just moved to Australia and yet to establish myself as a prominent figure in Australian market, I would suggest to find someone who has been here for a while and has a better position / recognition.
Please refer to the Fair Work High Income section in the eligibility page immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/visas-for-innovation/global-talent-independent-program/eligibility These are the different ways you can demonstrate that you will be able earn the income meeting the threshold When assessing this, we will consider: current earnings shown through payslips or a contract future job offers outlining their earnings academic/professional qualifications relevant to a defined sector. As I explained in the video, if your current income in your country is below the threshold, you can get an offer from Australian organisation which is meeting the salary requirement or show the job listings from jobsites like seek.com.au, indeed.com.au or linkedin which mentions the salary range.

@@nilesh-gulehow did you find the nominator ? Is it by IT groups and attending the conferences you built your network ?
yes, I found the nominator from within my network. My nominator was an ex colleague.
How did you find the nominator ?
One of my ex colleague moved to Australia and was himself a GTI recipient.
Did you move your job with you as being in IT? Or still working for same employer and earning in Singapore currency and working remotely ?
@@amjads8971 I moved without a job. My employer in Singapore does not have an office in Australia and I could not work remotely.
What about nominator, if someone's family members (brother)as well in the same field(cloud). Can he be nominator.
If your borther is prominent in Australia he can be your nominator.
This fair income is the future salary baes on demand in Australia or current income where i lve ?
