Sorry to hear the video didn’t answer all of your concerns. The earbuds are good for normal usage and have a good grip in the ears. The sound is good for social media/calls/songs, but not too good for the songs! If you have any questions, feel free to comment

Dose the earbuds sound good , its weird u didn't talk about them , they are the main reason someone would buy this thing

There's no point. Hk9 is slightly faster. Hk10 has a deeper color screen. I have both. Hk9 battery last slightly longer as well
